Start with a 3 days juice cleanse.
Don’t beat yourself, the best way to start a detox is to clean your liver : a 3 days juice clease ( you only drink detox juices for 3 days ). It will get your body and mind ready for teatox, and you will feel so much better after this.
Do a 14 days teatox
After these tree days, you can definitely handle a 14 days detox ( you drink you tea twice a day with you healthy meal). the teatox is easier than the juice detox but it’s longer and you will have better result at the end, you body will definetly thank you.
Don’t eat white stuff but do eat green stuff
Who says teatox says healthy eating, meaning a lot of greens ( vegetables like brocoli ) who contain a lot of carbs and will keep you energized. DO NOT SKIP MEAL.
