1. OATMEAL

2. SMOOTHIES

Easy, delicious and full of nutrients necessary for an intense workout.

3. Avocado Toast

Believe me or not , nut yes avocado in the morning, is perfect  to combine with whole grain bread and green detox from Bon & Bio Tea. You can’t go wrong with it. 5. YOGURT PARFAIT

If you are an athlete ( even if you’re not) this is ideal for you, it provide less added sugar when consumed plain. Greek yogurt is higher in protein than traditional yogurt. I love it with fruits like kiwi and always add granola. But feel free to add any fruits that you like.
