Fall is by so far my favorite season, but it’s also the season where you want to stay healthy without missing out all the delicious food on the incoming holidays season. Include all the treats with pumkin.

I picked up 3 best easy and fast made treats recipes that i really love and i can enjoy the best of both worlds.
  • Pumpkin Oat Cookies

You only need 3 simple ingredient and few minutes for this recipe. Pumkin puree, maple sirup and oat plus 15 minutes of your best time.


Mix all the ingredient in a bowl, make the cookie shape with your hands, and bake it all 10 min in medium heat in a preheated oven.

  • Pumkin Smoothie Bowl

Fall breakfast are the best, eat your smoothie instead of drinking it. Simple and delicious. You still only need 3 ingredients : pumpkin puree, unsweetened almond milk and a banana ( you can add some pumkin spice and nutmeg).


In a blender, pulse until smooth, transfer in a bowl and enjoy. For the topping you can use whatever you want : apple, coconut, banana… Original recipe here.


  • Pumpkin cake Bars

We keep it sassy and easy with this one. This is my favorite fall treat, delicious, soft and doughy snack, high in fiber and vegan of course.


Mix a pumkin puree with coconut flour and maple sirup ( you can also add cinamon if desired). Transfer into a lined dish, refregerate 30 min then cut into bite sized. I call even tell who good are they with a hot cup of unsweeted Bon & Bio Tea.  Full recipe here.


You don’t need to spend a lot of time in the kitchen for these recipes, plus you can enjoy all of them whenever you want : for breakfast, snack or meal ( for the smoothie one if you add chai seeds).
