While detoxifying you need to eat healthy and eat the right aliments who will bring you the nutriments you need. This recipe is a perfect detox bowl with a  mix of nut, fruit and uncooked vegetables all of it with our exclusive green tea dessing.

INGREDIENTS :

The Bowl:

  • 1 Organic Avocado

  • 1 hand ( around 20) of Organic Almond

  • 100g of Organic Rice

  • 2 Organic freshTomatoes

  • 1 Organic Lemon

  • 100g Organic roquette leaf

The Dressing :

  • 1 Tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 bag of Bon & Bio Tea (green detox tea) (once infused, two tablespoon will be used)

  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon of agave

Let’s talk about the main ingredients first :

Avocado :

It should be mentionned that although it is true that the avocado contains a lot of fats, the type of fat contained is also important. It is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, healthy fats that have shown many health benefits including cardiovascular diseases and cholesterol levels. The ratio of unsaturated (good) fats to saturated (bad) fats is about 6: 1, making it an interesting food. A medium-sized avocado is also fairly high in fiber, with about 9g, about ¼ of the recommendations for adults. The avocado is also rich in antioxidants, vitamins K, B, C, but also in potassium, for minerals.

The Almond: 

The almond is an oil-bearing shell. It is the seeds contained in the kernel that are consumed. It is very rich in lipids, particularly monounsaturated fatty acids, in soluble fiber, but also in vitamins E (antioxidant), B2 and B3. Concentrations of phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and zinc are also important. The recommended portion is 4 or 5 almonds, a small handful because it is a very energetic nut.

The recipe is very healthy and simple.

Wash all the vegetal and fruits then  cut them ( avocado, tomatoes, and lemon).

Boil the rice in hot and  water. Once ready put it in the half of the bowl. Dresse the top of the bowl with the sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes, roquette, almond and lemon.

Once the bowl is ready, make the dressing.

In another bowl mix all the ingredients ( olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and agave) in a cup of hot water infuse the tea bag, once infused add two tablespoon in the dressing bowl, and dressed the rice bowl with it.
