Detox Snack: I feel like i need to share with you some of my favorite snacks that detox my body, because while detoxifying i always get hundry in between meals : what is a bad habit.

But don’t torture you body, there is some food that you can eat without wasting your detox program.

Here is a list of my favorite snacks and drinks that will continue to cleanse your body all day long.

  • Apples : A basic of healthy snack, good and very satisfying fruit who helps to suppress unhealthy cravings. The are green apples.

  • Bon & Bio Tea : not because is ours but is really tasty and satisfying as well, add some sweeter like agave and you will definitely enjoy it and feel less hundry after a good big cup. You can drink it iced, if you like it also can be a good combo with an apple. If you are a coffee lover here is a good substitute that’sย  much healthier for your body. ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Pineapple: just my favorite fruit in the world, it’s juicy and sweet while is low in calories too. it’sย  have the abilities to cleanse your pore and reduce your belly fat.

  • Homemade Trial Mix : What will be a snack without a trial mix ? but most of them have sugary sweet so it’s best to make them yourself for a healthier option that keep your body energized. I use dried goji berries because they are powerfull antioxidants and rich in Vitamine A. Mix them with almond and pistachos and you will have a good, healthy and antioxidant trial mix that you can enjoy without ruining your cleansing.

  • Avocado: all the avocado lover will love it i’m sure ๐Ÿ™‚ . I know they said it full of fat but wait it’s a good fat. No worries for your cholesterol it will actually lower it. Is the best nutriment to detoxify the synthetic chemicals in the liver. you can add it to your smoothie or salads. ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Celery: Full a fiber, celery will helps with your digestion. If you feel a hundry, grab a stick and peanut better you will be full satisfied.

If you are still hundry try to fill up your mind with a positive activity so you will forget about food until the meal time.
